Refund policy

We offer a full refund or exchange for items returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@maggiebeckett.com. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
